This year, the finals of the 2nd “Detona tus ideas” Fair, organized by FAMESA’s Continuous Improvement area, was held at the Puente Piedra headquarters in Lima, Peru.
This event seeks to encourage the participation of all workers through groups in the different categories such as Specific Improvements, Lean Projects and Six Sigma Projects. On this occasion we had finalists from the Chancay Plant and Puente Piedra Plant.
We recognize the efforts of the participants and organizers. Together we continue to promote and drive continuous improvement.
